DMA Design
DMA Design Limited was founded by David Jones in 1987.
Acquisition by Take-Two Interactive
On September 29, 1999, Take-Two Interactive acquired DMA Design for $11 million USD.
Rockstar North
Take-Two Interactive founded Rockstar Games in December 1998.
In May 2002, DMA Design was integrated into Rockstar Games as Rockstar North Limited.
Rockstar Games UK
Rockstar North Limited was renamed Rockstar Games UK Limited in 2021, however, it still traded as Rockstar North.
