Marigul Management was a Japanese corporation that was formed as a joint venture between Nintendo and Recruit.
Nintendo owned forty percent of the company and Recruit owned sixty percent.
Foundation
Marigul Management was founded in July 1996 to provide financing for third-party video game developers that developed games for the Nintendo 64.
Saru Brunei
In 1996, Saru Brunei was founded as a video game development branch of Marigul Management.
Closure
Marigul Management was closed and liquidated in May 2003.
