Quarterback Scramble is a video game released for the Family Computer in 1989 exclusively in Japan.

A North American version was being developed as Mike Ditka's Big Play Football, but it was cancelled for unknown reasons.

Prototypes exist for English versions of both Quarterback Scramble and the localised Mike Ditka's Big Play Football.
