Dénes Nagymáthé is a Hungarian video game developer who developed prototypes, showcasing three-dimensional graphics and physics related to off-road driving and automotive damage, while he was a university student.
These prototypes were for a project known as Deformers and are better known collectively as Terep. Terep 1 was released onto the internet in 1996 and Terep 2 was released in 1997. The latter became popular, especially in Hungary, and drew the attention of the Hungarian video game developer Invictus Games.
Nagymáthé was hired by Invictus to work on the development team of the racing game 1nsane, which was released in 2000.
