Formation
Nintendo's then-president Tatsumi Kimishima, restructured Nintendo's development divisions in 2015.
Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development was formed on September 16, 2015, following the merger of Nintendo Entertainment Analysis & Development and Nintendo Software Planning & Development.
