Alice is a character that is part of an American multimedia series consisting of books, films, music, and video games.
She was created by American McGee. Alice first appeared in the video game American McGee's Alice in 2000.
She is based on the public domain Alice in Wonderland character created by Lewis Carroll.
Fictional character biography
After a fire kills her family and leaves her catatonic, seven-year-old Alice Liddell is put into Rutledge Asylum.
Eleven years later, in 1874, Alice is slowly showing signs of recovery until her toy rabbit seems to call for help. She then retreats into her mind where Wonderland is broken and disfigured due to her mental state.
