Virtua Fighter 2 is a fighting video game developed and published by Sega for the arcade market in 1994. It was revised as Virtua Fighter 2.1 in 1995.
Virtua Fighter 2.1 was included in Yakuza 5 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, and Yakuza: Like a Dragon for the PlayStation 4. The former was released in Japan for PlayStation 3 in Japan in 2012, for PlayStation 3 worldwide in 2015, for PlayStation 4 in 2019, and for PlayStation 4 worldwide in 2020. The latter was released in Japan in 2018 and worldwide in 2020.
