Heartthrob Memorial (Tokimeki Memorial) was originally released for the PC Engine Super CD-ROM² on May 27, 1994.
Heartthrob Memorial: Forever With You (Tokimeki Memorial: Forever With You) was released for PlayStation on October 13, 1995, Sega Saturn on July 19, 1996, and Windows on December 4, 1997. This version included additional minigames, improved graphics and sound, and a new opening video.
Heartthrob Memorial: Under the Tree of Legends (Tokimeki Memorial: Densetsu no Ki no Shita de) was released for Super Famicom on February 9, 1996. Because of the restrictions in hardware, the introduction video and most voiceovers except those during loading were not included. This release came with a CD containing a radio drama and a new arrangement of the ending theme, "Time for Two" ("二人の時", "Futari no Toki").
