Triforce was an arcade hardware platform by Namco, Sega, and Nintendo that was based on the Nintendo GameCube.
Manufacturing
Namco and Sega manufactured games based on the system, while Nintendo only licensed its characters for arcade games using the Triforce arcade hardware to the other companies.
Meaning of the name
The name is derived both from the fact that it was developed by three companies and from the symbol of The Legend of Zelda series.
