High Voltage Software was acquired by Keywords Studios in December 2020.

It was purchased for $23.75 million USD with money in hand and $9.75 million USD in Keywords Studios shares.

In addition, an additional $16.5 million USD was offered if performance targets were met by December 31, 2021.
