Axlon was a former subsidiary of Hasbro.
Formation
Axlon was founded in 1980 by Nolan Bushnell.
It was one of five companies established through Bushnell's company, Catalyst Technologies, one of the first technology company incubators.
Acquisition by Hasbro
In 1986, Hasbro acquired Axlon for $1 million USD to market its toys.
Closure
Axlon ceased operations by 1990.
