The Lion King is an action-adventure platforming game developed by Westwood Studios.

Versions

Lion King was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, and Sega Master System in 1994, for the Game Boy in North America in 1994 and in Europe in 1995, and for Amiga, Game Gear, DOS, and Windows in 1995. It was the final licensed game for the Nintendo Entertainment System to be released in Europe when it was released in 1995.
