EH Services was formed in 1985 by Eric Caen and Hervé Caen.
Titus France
In the same year of its founding, 1985, EH Services was renamed Titus France.
Titus Interactive
In March 1999, Titus France was renamed Titus Interactive.
Bankruptcy and closure
On June 10, 2004, Titus Interactive filed for bankruptcy.
Its assets were liquidated as a result of the bankruptcy, and Titus Interactive closed in 2005.
Interplay purchase of the assets of Titus Interactive
The assets of Titus Interactive were acquired by Interplay Entertainment after the former was liquidated in 2005.
