T&E Soft Co., Ltd.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd. was founded on October 14, 1982 by brothers Toshiro Yokoyama and Eiji Yokoyama. The company title used the first letter of each of the names of the founder. Two other explanations for the name are "Tri & Exciting" and "Technology & Entertainment".

D Wonderland Inc.

T&E Soft Co., Ltd. changed its name to D Wonderland Inc. in May 2002.

Deep Co., Ltd. and Digital Golf Co., Ltd. acquisitions of T&E Soft title

In April 2005, Deep Co., Ltd. acquired the rights to the trademark for the T&E Soft name.

In January 2006, Deep Co., Ltd. was absorbed by Digital Golf Co., Ltd. Digital Golf formed a video game development studio in Nagoya using the brand name T&E Soft.
