Power Strike, known as Aleste (アレスタ) in Japan, was a shoot 'em up video game by Compile. It was the first game in the Aleste series.

Versions

Power Strike was released in 1988 in Europe, and North America, and Japan (as Aleste) for Sega Master System.

An MSX2 version of Aleste was released in 1988 in Japan.

A mobile Java ME version of Power Strike was released in 2004 in Europe.

The MSX2 version of Aleste was released for the Wii Virtual Console in 2008.

In 2020, Aleste was included in the Aleste Collection, which was released in Japan for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. A special white Game Gear Micro was also released the same day with all of the games from the Aleste Collection.
