Bright Light (광명시, Kwangmyong) is the walled computer network of North Korea that was launched by the Central Scientific and Technological Information Agency at some point from 1997 to the early 2000s. Between 1,000 to 5,500 websites are available on the Bright Light walled intranet.

The Bright Light intranet is accessed by the My Nation web browser, which is included in version 3.0 of the Red Star operating system. Previous versions of Red Star included the Firefox web browser to access the North Korean intranet.

The global internet is available in North Korea since 2010 through a network known as Star Joint Venture. However, its use is only permitted with special authorization and is generally used for government purposes, by foreigners, and on some computers in academic institutions.
