Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, known in Japan as Hatsune Miku ~Project DIVA~ Mega 39's (初音ミク -Project DIVA- Mega 39's) is a rhythm game for Nintendo Switch developed by Sega in conjunction with Hatsune Miku's creator, Crypton Future Media. It is the thirteenth game in the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series.

A Windows version of the game, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix+, known in Japan as Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega 39's+, was released worldwide on Steam on May 26, 2022. It is the fourteenth game in the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA series.

Downloadable content can be purchased for Switch or Windows with every song available in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, excluding "Ievan Polkka", "Saturation", and "White Dove".
"Ievan Polkka" is available, however, in remixed form during the tutorial.
"Kagerou Daze" from Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd is also absent.
