On July 4, 1963, the company name was changed to Teeves Electronic Industries Ltd.
On July 31, 1975, the name was changed again to Fountain Corporation Ltd.
On February 28, 1983, the name was changed one last time to Chase Corporation Ltd. The company was liquidated on September 30, 1998.
