Kaga Create Co., Ltd. was the video game development and publishing division of Kaga Electronics.

Naxat Soft

Naxat Soft, the video game division of Kaga Electronics, was founded on June 22, 1988.

Naxat was the reverse of Taxan, which was a brand owned by Kaga Eletronics.

Kaga Tech

The company was renamed Kaga Tech in 1998, however games were still published under the Naxat Soft name.

Digital Gain

On October 18, 1999, Kaga Electronics established Digital Gain to develop Naxat Soft games.

Kaga Create

On May 1, 2007, Digital Gain was renamed Kaga Create.

Closure

Kaga Create was closed on December 31, 2015.
