Arc System Works Co., Ltd. (株式会社アークシステムワークス) is a video game developer based in Yokohama, Japan.

History

Arc System Works was founded as Arc Co., Ltd. (株式会社アーク) on May 12, 1988 by Minoru Kidooka.

It was renamed Arc System Works Co., Ltd. in 1991.

Acquisitions and divisions

On June 11, 2015, Arc System Works obtained all intellectual property of Technōs from Million Co., Ltd.

On November 2, 2017, the company established a North American branch in Torrance, California named Arc System Works America, Inc.
