Abraham Lincoln (February 12, 1809 – April 15, 1865) was a lawyer and politician who was the sixteenth President of the United States from 1861 to 1865.

He was previously an Illinois state senator from 1834 to 1842 before becoming a United States representative for the state of Illinois from 1847 to 1849.

He was preceded as President by James Buchanan and was succeeded by Andrew Johnson.

Presidency

Lincoln was inaugurated on March 4, 1861 and was assassinated while in office on April 15, 1865.

Depictions in video games

Beam Software included the version of Abraham Lincoln from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure in Bill & Ted's Excellent Game Boy Adventure: A Bogus Journey! in 1991. This version was included in Limited Run's Bill & Ted's Excellent Retro Collection compilation in 2023.

Visual Concepts included a version of Lincoln simply called Abe as an unlockable playable character in Ooga Booga in 2001.

Stardock included Abraham Lincoln in their political campaign simulation video games The Political Machine in 2004, The Political Machine 2008 in 2008, The Political Machine 2012 in 2012, and in downloadable content for The Political Machine 2016 in 2016.

Telltale Games created a humorous version of Abraham Lincoln's stone head from the Lincoln Monument in Washington, D.C. This Lincoln was included in the fourth and sixth episodes of Sam & Max Save the World in 2007, the entirety of Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space in 2008, and in the fifth episode of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse in 2010.

EA Mobile included the version of Lincoln from The Simpsons in The Simpsons: Tapped Out in 2013.

Mega Cat Studios depicted Abraham Lincoln in Justice Duel in 2017. This version was included in Blaze Entertainment's compilation that contained the aforementioned game, Mega Cat Studios Collection 1, in 2020.
