History

Galiléa was founded in 1996 by Philippe Gaudé, Guy Parmentier, Jean-Paul Prado, and Marc Selles in Grenoble, France.

A Canadian division of the company opened in Montréal, Québec, Canada in 2002.

Closure

The French division closed in 2005 and the Canadian division followed on March 9, 2005.
