Bloody Human Freeway is an Atari 2600 video game by Activision. It is the original, uncensored version of Freeway.
Plot
People try to cross a busy freeway without getting hit by passing cars.
Development
David Crane witnessed a man trying to cross Lake Shore Drive during rush-hour traffic while attending the Consumer Electronic Show in Chicago.
He programmed a game for the Atari 2600 about humans crossing a road full of traffic, however people within Activision were uneasy about the idea of humans getting hit by cars, so the people were replaced by chickens before the game was officially released.
