In 1996, the Amiga trademarks were transferred by Amiga, Inc., who licensed the Amiga name to various companies to Eyetech to create Amiga One computers from 2002 to 2005.
After Eyetech retired from the Amiga market in 2005, the right to manufacture AmigaOne computers have been licensed to ACube Systems and A-EON Technology.
