The PlayStation Move was a motion controller by Sony.
The Move was released in 2010 for control on the PlayStation 3. It was updated to support the PlayStation 4 in 2013 and the PlayStation 5 in 2020.
On PlayStation 3, the PlayStation Eye is used in conjunction with the Move to track movement. On PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, this functionality is provided by the PlayStation Camera.
Up to two Move controllers, in conjunction with the PlayStation Camera, can be used with the PlayStation VR on PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation VR2 on PlayStation 5. for control in Virtual Reality.
