NDcube Co., Ltd. (エヌディーキューブ株式会社, Kabushiki gaisha Enudīkyūbu) a video game development subsidiary of Nintendo.
Formation
NDcube was founded on March 1, 2000 as a joint venture of Nintendo and Dentsu. The first letter of the two companies formed the first two letters in NDcube's name.
Nintendo began purchasing shares of Dentsu and the other shareholders in 2010. In 2010, Nintendo's share percentage rose from 78% to 96%, to 97% in 2015, and then to 99% in 2023.
