Sega-AM2 Co. Ltd., short for Sega Amusement Machine Research & Development No. 2 (セガ第二AM研究開発部 Sega Daini Ē Emu Kenkyū Kaihatsu Bu), and commonly referred to as Sega AM2, is a Japanese video game developer that is a division of Sega.

Sega AM2 was founded by Yu Suzuki on October 1, 1985.
Yu Suzuki left Sega AM2 in 2003, and founded Ys Net in 2008.
