Toshihiro Nagoshi (名越 稔洋, born June 17, 1965) is a Japanese video game designer.

Career at Sega

He joined Sega in 1989. He became the manager of Amusement Vision in 2000 which ultimately became known as Ryū ga Gotoku Studio in 2012.

He created the Like a Dragon series and the characters Goro Majima, Haruka Sawamura, Ryuji Goda, and Ichiban Kasuga. He also co-created Kazuma Kiryu.

In 2021, after 32 years at Sega, he left his position as the creative director of Sega and as the manager of Ryū ga Gotoku Studio.
