Development
The original games were developed by Konami.
The emulation is handled by Digital Eclipse.
Nickelodeon, the intellectual property owners of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, licensed the rights to Konami for this compilation.
Included platforms
The included video games are playable through emulation of several older platforms.
The emulated platforms include arcade, Game Boy, Nintendo Entertainment System, Sega Genesis, and Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
Both the United States and Japan versions of the games in the compilation are included, with the exception of the arcade version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time and the Family Computer version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters.
