Super Xevious (スーパーゼビウス , Sūpā Zebiusu), is a shoot 'em up game that is part of the Xevious series.

It was developed by Namco and was released for the arcade market in Japan in 1984. It was ported to the X68000 computer in Japan in 1987.

Hamster released an emulated version of the game for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 worldwide on May 1, 2025.
