X, also known as Mega Man X, and as Rockman X in Asia, is a character that is part of a Japanese multimedia series consisting of comics, films, music, and video games.
Other than the Mega Man X games, X is playable in some games in the Capcom VS. and Project X Zone series.
X also appears, but is not playable, in some games in the Mega Man Zero series.
Character biography
X is a robot created by the roboticist Dr. Light.
Succeeding the original Mega Man, X is the first robot created by Dr. Light that is capable of free will and rational thinking beyond the programming code.
Because of the above, Dr. Light considers X his greatest creation.
