Megasoft Co., Ltd. (株式会社メガソフト) was a Japanese video game developer.

Foundation

In December 1991, after acquiring the staff and in-development game projects of Santos, Sega formed a video game development studio named Mega Soft.

Merger and closure

In November 1992, the Mega Soft projects and staff were merged into Sega. The company was formerly dissolved in 1996.
