Aleste is a video game series created by Compile.
Fictional plot
Ray Waizen becomes a hero after he pilots a spaceship to stop a super computer that attacked and decimated the Earth.
His heroic actions make him a target for alien species.
After Ray pilots his ship successfully to save the day again, younger pilots take up the cause and defeat other mechanized enemies.
