Because of his influence on modern Japan, he has been included in many forms of media. He was portrayed using the likeness of the protagonist of the [[Like a Dragon|''Like a Dragon'' series]], [[Kazuma Kiryu]], in the March 2008 issue of ''[[Kamutai Magazine]]''. He was then portrayed using the likeness and voice actor of Kiryu in ''[[Like a Dragon: Kenzan!]]''
