LK Avalon was formed in 1989 by [[Tomasz Pazdan]] and [[Janusz Pelc]].
 
In 1990, [[Mirosław Liminowicz]] joined LK Avalon.
 
When Janusz Pelc left the company in late 1990, Liminowicz replaced Pelc as partner.
