Preorders of the game receive exclusive access to the Legendary Fighter Pack when the game releases on November 9, 2023.

This allows three recurring characters in the Like a Dragon series to be playable in the arena.

Daigo Dojima, the Sixth Chairman of the Tojo Clan, appeared as a non-playable character in every mainline game in the series with the exception of the original Yakuza and its Kiwami remake, as well as the spin-off Yakuza: Dead Souls. He was previously a playable character in the Japanese-exclusive spin-off game Like a Dragon Online.

Goro Majima, the Mad Dog of Shimano, is the rival of Kiryu Kazuma. He has appeared as a non-playable character in all of the mainline games in the series. He was previously a playable character in Yakuza 0 and the "Majima Saga" story in Yakuza Kiwami 2, as well as the spin-off games Yakuza: Dead Souls and the Japanese-exclusive Like a Dragon Online.

Taiga Saejima, the Slayer of Eighteen, is Majima's sworn brother. He was a playable character in Yakuza 4, Yakuza 5, and the Japanese-exclusive spin-off game Like a Dragon Online. He also appeared as a non-playable character in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life and Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
