Daedalic Entertainment was formed on March 1, 2007 by Carsten Fichtelmann and Jan Müller-Michaelis.
Acquisition by Bastei Lübbe
In May 2014, the German publisher Bastei Lübbe purchased a 51% majority stake in Daedalic Entertainment.
Daedalic Entertainment Studio West and Daedalic Entertainment Bavaria
In 2016, Daedalic Entertainment Studio West was opened in Dusseldorf, Germany.
In 2018, Daedalic Entertainment Bavaria was opened in Munich, Germany.
