Max Design was founded in Austria in 1991.

It was founded by Wilfried Reiter, Albert Lasser, and Martin Lasser.

Closure

Max Design left the video game industry in April 15, 2004 and all employees with the exception of the founders were laid off. Later that year the company ceased operations.
