Irene "Alexis" Adams (~1958 - April 16, 2008) co-founded Adventure International with her then-husband Scott Adams.

Beginning her career in 1978, Alexis Adams was one of the earliest female video game designers.

The Adventure International adventure games she co-designed with her husband were Pirate Adventure in 1978 and Mystery Fun House in 1980. She was the sole designer of Voodoo Castle in 1983.

Death

She died on April 16, 2008, at age 50, in Orlando, Florida, due to complications from Addison's Disease.
